Oh aye it’s back, oh Champions league where have you been? Well wherever it’s been it’s good to see it back.
And what better way to kick it all off again but with a game involving 2 of Europes biggest of titans!
This UEFA Champions League will take place on the 16th of Feb and will see Arsenal laying down the red carpet to Spain’s finest….. Barcelona!
Ok the red carpet bit might be a bit of an over exaggeration but the anticipation of an explosive match isn’t…
The Emirates Stadium in London will see a revenge seeking Arsenal picking up the pieces (hopefully for Wenger’s sake) after their last embarrasing encounter with Barcelona which saw Gardiola’s Barcelona spank the gunners 4-1….
But as always with Arsenal, it sure is an unpredictable game! Will the defense be up to the challenge of a strong Barcelona striking force?
Lets not forget though that Arsenal have had a good run of late, with 4 wins and 2 draws in the last 6 games maybe…. just maybe their new found confidence will be enough to give them the advantage, along with a game on home soil I anticipate a victory for the Gunners, maybe a tight victory, but hopefully one non the less.
